We’re looking for Experienced Team Members to be part of the launch team who are ready to step up, lead by example, and help set the tone for an epic new chapter in Grill’d history. If you have previous QSR/hospitality experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences, this is your opportunity to make your mark from day one.

Your Role as an Experienced Team Member

• Lead from the front & take ownership of key stations (grill, dress bench, floor or till)
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support and mentor newer team members
• Keep shifts running smoothly, especially during peak service

• Previous QSR/hospitality experience
• Ready to step up with leadership potential
• Positive, proactive and solutions-focused

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you’re done, you’ll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted throughout March for an interview.
