This position, under the supervision of the Project Managers, and in collaboration with the Assistant Project Managers assists in the implementation of the guidelines and requirements to complete projects within budget and time frame.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on the project entry documents
- Confirm and enter data into the tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work
- Reviewing and verifying invoicing from equipment supplies for accuracy
- Transmit documents between parties to ensure current revisions and changes are available to all parties
- Prepare purchase orders for any necessary construction supplies and consumables as directed by the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Calls to confirm equipment orders
- Assist in maintaining positive and effective communication during the course of the project
- Assist in resolving contract questions with operations coordination with the APM assigned to the project

- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel is a must)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in handling invoices, calculations, and prices
- Experience in both inbound and outbound calls, as well as the ability to input data into the system
