We are seeking a talented and motivated Working Student to join our HR Global Mobility team. Global Mobility is a vital function, enabling our diverse workforce to navigate international relocations and assignments. As a Working Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams daily operations and contributing to a seamless employee experience.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field
- At least 12 months of availability to support the team with the potential for an extended engagement
- Previous work or internship experience, especially in an HR-related role, is preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for working in an international, dynamic HR environment
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
