NVH Road Noise Engineer上海社招全职工程技术 - 整车工程本科及以上3-5 年职位描述工作范围 The scope of work Work with engineering teams, including internal resources and suppliers, to ensure that various systems are delivered and validated to meet program objectives for vehicle noise and vibration performance using best practices for design, analytical tools and testing technologies. 主要工作职责 Major responsibilities 1.Works on road noise and vibration development with closing cooperating with program teams 2.Work with System Engineering teams to develop and breakdown NVH requirements from the overall vehicle requirement to sub-systems and components requirement. 3.Utilize numerical analysis and experimental data to support vehicle NVH development activities 4.Lead the investigation and resolution of NVH issues and report to program management 5.Plan and execute NVH testing for program vehicles and subsystems with the co-operation of related NVH engineers 6.Subjective assessments of vehicle NVH attribute undertaking voice of the customer 7.Translate NVH data into meaningful information to both technical and non-technical audiences 次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities 1.Support NVH development process and NVH team capability improvement职位要求1.基本要求Basic Qualification: - Vast understanding of vehicle noise and vibration simulation and experimental methods - Proficient in LMS and HEAD software, with the ability to conduct TPA testing and analysis. - Strong communication and team cooperation skills •教育程度 Education: - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Physics or Acoustics (Master degree is preferred) •工作经验 Work Experience: - 3-5 years of experience on automotive noise and vibration, including design, analysis and testing. Experience on developing both structural and airborne noise path in vehicles •语言能力：英文（书面及口语）Language skill: - Fluent English (Oral & Written), Chinese is an advantage •计算机能力 Computer Skills: - Basic use of MS Office投递
