About this role市场管培生-北美KOL方向-2026校招深圳校招正式职位描述本岗位是市场管培生专项,旨在培养市场复合型人才和专家型人才。学生入职后会先从某个具体的方向开始历练1~2年,2年后会推动部分优秀人才进行轮岗(可以选择继续深耕本领域-成长为专家,也可以选择转岗到跨岗位/跨部门/跨区域-成长为管理者)。为了方便学生根据自己的兴趣特长选择起点岗位,我们罗列了若干个具体的方向,请慎重选择自己感兴趣的方向。
具体岗位方向介绍:市场管培生-北美KOL方向

1. Communicate with external partners/creators to convey our marketing messages to their audience, activate strategic collaboration and manage our relationship with them.
2. Grow our network of creators and KOLs to expand both awareness and conversion of our products. Help elevate and diversify our promotion into more specific communities and regions.
3. With combined understanding of products - target audience - content production - marketing skills, work with creators to produce videos on social media platforms in promotional purposes.
4. Work with broader stakeholders in English speaking countries to reach more target audience and build up brand image in the community.
5. Leverage company internal resources like budget and team work, together with external resources like creator networks and value exchanges to creatively achieve the goal of market growth. Potentially career growth to manage large collaborations and to manage our promotion for one of the vertical communities.职位要求1. Strong academic performance in marketing-related courses. English teaching environment preferred.
2. Previous experience in marketing. Content marketing experience for US market is preferred.
3. Strong English skills and interpersonal skills. Western experience and cultural understandings are a big plus.
4. Basic skills of video production and/or social media posting. Strong interests in video making and videography industry is preferred.
5. Basic experience of western social media including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Frequent consumption of content on these platform is a big plus.
6. Self-driven, results-oriented, forward-thinking, organized, attention to details. Always trying to propose solutions and logically analyze situations to take the next steps.投递
