In this Role, you’ll get to- Project Expansion: Support the Entertainment Marketing Manager in achieving APAC concert ticketing revenue targets, including GMV, gross profit, and other key metrics.
- Project Management: Assist in business communications, manage internal and external documentation, prepare data reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Business Development: Building a strong relationships with external stakeholders and explore new opportunity to expand the business.
- Cross-department Communication: Oversee concert project management by coordinating with internal departments. This includes gathering, organizing, and confirming materials for product launches, as well as assisting in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Cross-region Support: Opportunity to travel across regions to support overseas events.
What you'll Need to Succeed- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies, preferably within the event or entertainment sector, with a focus on sales or account management.
- Experience with ticketing platforms or concert organizers is preferred. Familiarity with the performance industry and an understanding of the ecosystem of large-scale commercial performance projects are advantageous.
- A team player with a positive attitude, responsible for assigned tasks, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, and capable of meeting strict deadlines while prioritizing various tasks.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
