They are seeking a senior-level Epic Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare revenue cycle implementations and optimizations, focusing on driving measurable financial and operational performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise Epic transformations that directly impact revenue, operations, and patient access
- Drive large-scale healthcare revenue cycle implementations and optimizations for complex health systems
- Own full lifecycle Epic deployments, guiding cross-functional clinical + IT teams
- Deliver measurable financial and operational performance improvements
- Lead enterprise Epic implementations & optimizations (end-to-end lifecycle ownership)
- Manage Revenue Cycle & HIM transformation initiatives
- Oversee Patient Access, Scheduling, Coding, Billing, and Reimbursement workflows
- Align and govern executive stakeholders
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (IT, clinical, revenue cycle, vendors)
- Facilitate system integrations (coding tools, payer platforms, automation solutions)
- Plan go-lives, lead command center, and stabilize
- Develop change management and adoption strategy
- Create KPI dashboards and deliver measurable ROI
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years leading Epic implementations in hospital or enterprise healthcare environments
- Proven ownership of multi-million-dollar healthcare IT programs
- Deep Revenue Cycle operations expertise
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and department leaders
- History of leading complex, multi-site go-lives
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to assess, redesign, and optimize workflows
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Hands-on leadership with Resolute Professional Billing
- Hands-on leadership with HIM / Coding / Deficiency Tracking
- Hands-on leadership with Patient Access & Scheduling
- Hands-on leadership with Revenue Cycle Optimization
- Hands-on leadership with third-party integrations and automation tools
- PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile/Scrum certifications
- Healthcare operations or clinical background
- Experience with large health systems or enterprise clients
- Consulting or transformation program leadership
