Provisions Group is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a large, multi-year federal software program. This role will work closely with a Contract Manager and Analyst to help coordinate deliverables, track task orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support overall project coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Track key milestones, task orders, action items, and reporting deadlines
- Assist with preparing weekly/monthly status reports and consolidating inputs from various groups
- Maintain project schedules, logs, documentation, and communication channels
- Help the team follow established processes and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on assigned actions
- Work with the Analyst and Contract Manager to ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and program tracking
- Collaborate with matrixed support teams (e.g., finance, legal, procurement) as needed
Requirements:
- Familiarity with federal environments, compliance, and structured processes
- Ability to operate with minimal handholding in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated to 'get stuff done' in an environment where others typically move slowly
- Experience supporting federal software or technology programs
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with FAR, government task orders, or COTR environments
- Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
