OneCommute is seeking a CEO Associate to work directly with the founder and leadership team on operations, strategic initiatives, and business growth. This role is designed for a highly motivated early-career professional who wants a front-row seat to how a technology company operates, providing exposure to company strategy, product development, client engagement, marketing, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in managing daily operational priorities
- Coordinate projects across internal teams
- Identify product marketing strategies
- Review reporting needs
- Assist with business planning and growth initiatives
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and opportunities
- Support proposal preparation and contract development
- Assist with enterprise and government RFP submissions
- Help prepare materials for client meetings and conferences
- Support relationship management with partners and customers
- Assist with Salesforce CRM management
- Maintain internal operational systems and documentation
Requirements:
- Highly organized and analytical
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
- Curious and eager to learn how companies grow
- Interested in startups, consulting, or entrepreneurship
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–3 years experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Project management software familiarity
