IDR, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative II for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions to address inquiries related to products and services
- Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, issuing refunds, and adjusting bills
- Notify customers of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation
Requirements:
- 2-4 years customer service related experience required
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
