Senior DevOps Engineer

Arkhya Tech. Inc. is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP or hybrid environments)
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (mandatory)
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines
• Containerize applications and manage deployments using Docker (mandatory) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes preferred)
• Implement observability and reliability solutions, including monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks
• Drive FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
• Ensure robust networking configurations, security policies, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across environments

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (must-have)
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization best practices
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP; multi-cloud experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket)
• Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and logging frameworks
• Familiarity with FinOps principles for cloud cost optimization
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices
• Exposure to security best practices and compliance frameworks
