Paper Chase Software is a leader in revolutionizing the financial industry by providing cutting-edge software platforms. They are seeking a part-time Sales Development Representative to help identify and generate new sales opportunities within the banking and credit union market, focusing on outbound prospecting and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential prospects within banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions
- Nurture prospects already in the sales pipeline by conducting follow-ups, sharing relevant information, and scheduling next-step conversations to keep opportunities moving forward
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Initiate conversations with key decision-makers including lending executives, operations leaders, and technology teams
- Qualify prospects based on needs, timeline, and fit with Paper Chase Software solutions
- Schedule product demos and introductory meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity tracking within the CRM system
- Assist with building targeted prospect lists and outreach campaigns
- Support lead generation efforts tied to conferences, webinars, and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or inside sales
- Comfortable with outbound outreach including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging
- Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track outreach activity and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Experience within the financial or technology sectors is a plus
