The Principal Project Manager Engineer will balance technical portfolio planning with hands-on project management, partnering across business units to develop and communicate advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience
- 5–6 years of project management experience in a commercial environment focused on hardware development for AI, datacenter, or telecom applications
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent)
- Experience leading multicultural teams, as well as mentoring / coaching or directly supervising project managers
- Strong understanding of Stage‑Gate processes for technology development
- Hands‑on exposure to one or more manufacturing processes, such as molding, stamping, plating, or high‑speed cable and cable assembly manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead external technical partnerships and drive technology insertion into product development and manufacturing organizations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools and experience in roadmap and portfolio management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
