Principle Project Manager Engineer - Remote within the US

The Principal Project Manager Engineer will balance technical portfolio planning with hands-on project management, partnering across business units to develop and communicate advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

• Strong cross‑functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including establishing execution cadence and managing expectations
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risks, and progress reporting
• Demonstrated technical and managerial problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical insights and guide projects to successful outcomes
• Experience collaborating across the business to help develop and maintain integrated advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate technology reviews and decision forums

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience
• 5–6 years of project management experience in a commercial environment focused on hardware development for AI, datacenter, or telecom applications
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent)
• Experience leading multicultural teams, as well as mentoring / coaching or directly supervising project managers
• Strong understanding of Stage‑Gate processes for technology development
• Hands‑on exposure to one or more manufacturing processes, such as molding, stamping, plating, or high‑speed cable and cable assembly manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead external technical partnerships and drive technology insertion into product development and manufacturing organizations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools and experience in roadmap and portfolio management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
