Managed Services Network Engineer (Remote)

LEVELOCITI is a nationally recognized IT solutions provider focused on securing, modernizing, and connecting enterprise infrastructure. They are seeking a Managed Services Network Engineer to support enterprise networking environments, providing operational support, troubleshooting, and ongoing infrastructure management across a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise network infrastructure across managed services customer environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching platforms
• Support network security infrastructure including firewalls and segmentation technologies
• Troubleshoot and maintain wireless networking environments
• Monitor network performance and resolve infrastructure issues across client environments
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management initiatives
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex network troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stability and reliability across managed environments
• Provide documentation and operational support for client infrastructure environments

Requirements:

• 4+ years of network engineering or network operations experience within enterprise environments
• Experience supporting multiple customer environments within an MSP, VAR, or managed services organization
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Cisco routing, switching, and enterprise network infrastructure
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting network security and/or wireless environments
• Knowledge of core networking protocols and enterprise networking fundamentals
• Experience working within ticket-driven operational environments and escalation workflows
• Active CCNA or CCNP certifications strongly preferred
• Exposure to multi-vendor networking technologies is a plus
