As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist users with their tax filing journey by answering questions related to TurboTax products and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service by assisting TurboTax users with their questions and concerns
• Helping customers download and install software
• Log in securely
• Navigate the platform
• Import documents
• Understand basic tax questions
• Guide users through the filing process
• Answer questions about printing and submitting returns
• Troubleshoot common issues
• Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your product knowledge and support skills
