American Fidelity is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to collaborate and mentor team members while designing and managing complex test plans for software systems. The role involves leading software test automation for mid-sized projects and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and mentor team members
- Design, develop, and manage complex test plans for software systems and integrations
- Resolve technical issues
- Lead software test automation for mid-sized projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least two years' experience in test automation for web and mobile applications using BDD
- Experience with Testgrid, Appium, Gherkin, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, Postman
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience implementing DevOps practices with Azure DevOps, Pipelines, Octopus Deploy, Git, GitHub
- Experience with performance and security testing using LDAP, OAuth, and NTLM
- Legal authority to work in the U.S
