The Retail Media Marketing Specialist role involves supporting the execution and optimization of retail media campaigns across major platforms, enhancing digital visibility and driving performance through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in launching and optimizing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Best Buy, Costco, and other RMNs
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with agency partners to ensure timely execution and delivery of assets
- Understand and analyze customer shopping behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and other campaign performance metrics
- Ensure media budgets are controlled within KPI limits established by the business units
- Leverage Clean Room Data such as Amazon Marketing Cloud to enhance campaigns and target audiences
- Run A/B tests and apply learnings to optimize campaigns
- Maintain dashboards and assist in performance analysis using tools provided by the Business Intelligence team
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure Retail Media Dashboard tools are accurate
- Support competitive benchmarking and market research initiatives
- Work with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to ensure campaign alignment with promotional calendars and product launches
- Assist in coordinating digital shelf content updates and promotional activations
- Ensure PDP quality, Brand Stores updates
- Help manage media budgets, track invoices, and support reconciliation processes
- Maintain campaign documentation and assist with purchase order creation
- Stay current on retail media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
- Recommend new tactics and platforms to expand reach and drive incremental sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, preferably with a focus on retail media or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of Retail Media Network including Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect (required)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, retail media dashboards)
- Experience working in Vendor Central; additional Seller Central experience a plus
- Experience working with media agencies and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Flexible, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in Target Roundel, Orange Apron and Best Buy My Ads
- Familiarity with tools such as Pacvue/Skai, Profitero, Helium 10
