Hired by Matrix, Inc is an international fire and alarm protection company seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves answering phone calls from potential and existing customers and transferring calls to the appropriate department based on the inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from potential and existing customers
- Ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI) - Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to computer via ethernet cable. AGENTS CANNOT TAKE CALLS USING WI-FI CONNECTION
- Core i3 with 8GB of RAM or higher
- Minimum of 30mbps upload and 30mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net
- Minimum of Windows 10 on computer
- Modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable
- Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must allow required software to be uploaded to their computer and have USB headset that is CxOne/NICE compatible for incoming customer interactions
- Call center experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
- Positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle
