The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for social media management for a group of Boyd Gaming properties and brands, as well as applicable restaurants, arenas, and events centers. Property assignments are fluid and subject to change; however, this usually includes 3-5 properties or brands and their venues.
This person will be the liaison between the digital marketing team at shared services and the on-site marketing teams. They will work creatively to plan and create content to improve engagement, increase followers, and create business leads. Boyd Gaming views each of its restaurants, arena and sister properties as guests, so this person must have excellent guest service skills to be a successful liaison for our venues. This is a 24/7 role requiring evening, weekend and some holiday attendance at events and emergency support.
