MTS Kids is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new clinic in Spartanburg, SC! We are a passionate, multidisciplinary team providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA Therapy to help children thrive in every area of their lives.

We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans for children with a variety of developmental needs
• Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child’s individualized goals
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide caregiver education
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina
• Experience in pediatrics required
• Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
