Provides high-level, confidential, and strategic administrative support, acting as a partner and gatekeeper to maximize the CEO’s efficiency. The Executive Assistant also provides support to the senior management team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. This is a highly visible position that works very closely with the CEO, the executive team and board of directors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and executive team including: managing several active calendars of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Supports and coordinates all Board meetings.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Provides project support to the executive team.
- A partner who maximizes executive productivity, drives cross functional initiatives and acts as a trusted advisor.
- Project mgmt & execution: assist, track, and execute special projects or company wide initiatives that do not fit neatly into one dept
- Operational efficiency : Optimize the CEOs time by managing the leadership mtgs agenda, following up on action items and ensuring leaders' & teams' accountability

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three to five years of administrative experience on the executive level
