What You’ll Do

• Install HVAC systems (units, ductwork, electrical components)

• Remove and load equipment and job-site materials

• Keep tools organized and trucks stocked

• Follow Goettl’s installation and safety standards

• Deliver a great customer experience

• Communicate clearly with teammates and homeowners

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• HVAC install experience or equivalent education

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)

• TDLR – Required

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to work evenings/weekends during peak season

• Comfortable in a physically demanding role and varying weather conditions

Preferred:

• Trade school training

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, bend, lift (up to 75 lbs), work in tight spaces, and handle outdoor conditions.
