
JOB SUMMARY:
Assists the Midmark team by developing creative concepts and designs that support marketing and communication initiatives. Under the direction of the manager, produces visual designs and layouts for a variety of print and digital assets, including promotional and sales collateral, presentations, newsletters, web pages, eblasts and other related marketing materials. Works collaboratively with marketing to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual communications. May also assist with marketing initiatives beyond graphic design as needed.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
Develops concepts and designs for a variety of marketing communication projects.
Assists in creative direction and design suggestions within brand standards.
Understands branding and adheres to Midmark Brand Policy.
Proofreads, reviews and presents final layouts for approval; suggests improvements as needed.
Prepares final designs for print or digital distribution.
Delivers creative artwork proofs and final deliverables in a timely manner.
Supports additional marketing and communication initiatives as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must currently be enrolled in an associates or bachelor's level program related to graphic design/marketing.

Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Effective at multitasking with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Solid project management and organizational skills; able to follow direction and meet timelines
Ability to adhere to the Midmark brand policy
Creative thinker who can provide ideas and recommendations
Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience using Canva
Familiarity with HubSpot a plus
