
Customer Service Specialist
A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the ordering process including, but not limited to: order entry, purchasing, expediting, and providing order status to customers. These individuals also work closely with Sales, Accounting, Operations, Suppliers, and most other groups within the company by providing timely updates and responses to various requests.

Customer Service Specialist Working Conditions:
Includes working primarily in an office setting, with occasional visits to the shop. This position may require evening, and weekend hours on an infrequent basis.
Customer Service Specialist Compensation:
Base Wage Range: Hourly Rate: $20-24/hour, dependent on relevant job-related and industry experience. Candidates with 5-10 years of direct experience may be paid higher in the range. This is a non-exempt role, eligible for overtime pay.
Other Variable Compensation: Eligible for annual profit share award after six months with the company.
