Description:

The Associate - Warehouse is a vital role responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating cash handling proficiency.
• Assist with merchandising and product placement to optimize sales and presentation.
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory tracking.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts by monitoring for potential issues and reporting concerns.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers and answer questions effectively.
• Effectively communicate with team members and management, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to lift and move heavy items, ensuring safe handling practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• General knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to perform basic general mathematics calculations.
• Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift and move items, with the physical capacity to perform warehouse tasks.
