This full-time position is responsible for providing information technology support and training; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the assigned function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
This position works on site and travels to several locations in the city of Philadelphia. Must have reliable transportation.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized information technology education/training or certifications.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient technical skills, including troubleshooting and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, and web technology; visual and auditory skills; ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, climb, and lift items weighing 30 lbs. or less; valid driver’s license.
Experience: A minimum of one-year related experience normally required.
