Fee for Service Outpatient therapist

We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Sharon Hill, PA. This role is hybrid, with at least one working day in the Sharon Hill office.

 

Earn $35/hr. unlicensed and $38/hr. licensed!

 

Hours of the clinic are:

8 AM to 9 PM Mon-Thurs

8AM to 5 PM Fri

8 AM to 4 PM Sat

 

Position Details

The therapist is a primary member of a treatment team in the clinic's behavioral health program for Merakey. Essential responsibilities include the delivery of therapy services and the coordination of care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness.

 

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers a billable service bonus system, licensure supervision opportunities, and Evidence-Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible Fee-for-Service Staff.

 

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers:

• A bonus system that allows therapists to earn up to an additional $300 per month
• Licensure supervision opportunities
• Evidence-Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible therapists for:
• Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) , Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
• Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology, is required
• A 1-year clinical internship is required.
• Willingness and ability to work with children/adolescents is required.
• Candidate needs to have 20+ hours of availability to work with adults, children, and adolescents.  Availability needs to include daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends to work with the children population, billing 15-20 clients weekly, with a productivity of 80% monthly. 
• Additional supervision is available to support clinicians working with children and adolescents.
