Associa is hiring a Part Time Office Assistant for their corporate office in Chantilly, VA.
Work Hours are Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm.
Daily responsibilities:
- Receive and sort mail.
- Open and review mail.
- Scan and file documents.
- Upload documents.
- Data entry.
- Manage and respond to emails.
- Communicate with multiple staff members in-person and by phone.
- Other duties as requested.
Pay rate: $14-$15.30 an hour.
Qualifications
- 6 months + experience working in an office environment.
- Customer service driven and team oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to multi task.
- Experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
