Roofing Superintendent

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to join its team at the Kelowna Branch. (Office Location - 8775, 1 Jim Bailey Crescent, Unit D, Lake Country, BC, V4V 1L7). This position reports to the Branch Manager and requires an independent and reliable person to perform the responsibilities outlined below.

A Day In The Life

• Schedule & manage crews on site
• Assist in the hiring and separation of field employees
• Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan
• Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery
• Coach & mentor crews
• Responsible for productivity, expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the project
