Work in a team setting to build structural components for offsite construction
Take measurements and read blueprints/designs.
Connect wooden components and other materials to match design specifications.
Daily use of power tools
Follows procedures and demonstrates safe work behaviors.

Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures.
Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with power tools is considered an asset.
Construction experience is considered an asset.
