The Night Residential Care role is required to participate in the nightly operation of the house which includes responding to the young person’s emotional and functional needs, the development of their personal skills, all administrative requirements and household duties as required. Our homes operate 24/7, with Stand-Up shifts covering overnight (11pm to 7am).
