As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our S&C India department, focusing on procurement transformation and GEP platform implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, analyzing and optimizing procurement processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing GEP solutions and driving digital procurement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with GEP platform implementation.
- Design and implement GEP solutions, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Drive digital procurement initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of GEP platform with existing systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of the GEP platform and digital procurement tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of GEP solutions, identifying areas for further optimization and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and digital transformation, sharing insights with the team.
- Document and communicate project progress, ensuring effective reporting to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of strategic procurement plans, aligning with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement transformation and GEP platform implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing GEP solutions and driving digital procurement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using GEP platform and other digital procurement tools.
- Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices related to procurement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
