
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who combines exceptional design expertise with strong leadership and project management skills. This role goes beyond creating interfaces. You will set the vision for design, work directly with stakeholders, manage external partners, and ensure delivery of design solutions that influence business outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design strategy and execution across customer-facing and internal platforms.
• Partner with CX, Product, and Business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into user centered solutions.
• Manage design projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, agency coordination, and stakeholder alignment. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design assets to illustrate concepts and secure buy-in.
• Present design direction and solutions to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Drive usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate to refine experiences.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity, design systems, and accessibility standards across platforms.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Experience & Skills:
• 6–12 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and ability to solve complex experience challenges.
• Proven experience managing design projects and external agencies.
• Hands-on and proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid project management, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership, including C-suite.
