4+ years of experience in Guidewire QA, with at least 2 years in PolicyCenter Integration
Strong knowledge of the Guidewire PolicyCenter data model and policy lifecycle.
Experience validating REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and event-driven systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug issues across systems.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with BillingCenter/ClaimCenter integrations.
Familiarity with Guidewire Messaging (MessageDestination, Ack handling, Resend logic).
- Analyze integration requirements, interface specifications (DDs/WSDLs/XSDs), and ACs for all PolicyCenter-related services.
- Identify integration touchpoints across PolicyCenter Submission, Renewal, Rewrite, Issuance, Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements, etc.
- Define an integration-specific test strategy covering synchronous APIs, asynchronous event messages, batch jobs, and data transfers.
- Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and integration workflow matrices.
- Guidewire PC Certification (Business Analyst or QA).
- Experience with BillingCenter/ClaimCenter integrations.
- Experience in Commercial or Personal lines of business.
- Familiarity with Guidewire Messaging (MessageDestination, Ack handling, Resend logic).
