Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology/ Electronics & communication / Electrical & Electronics. Should have graduated in 2024/ 2025.
Strong interest in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and data systems
Good knowledge on Databases (SQL & NoSQL).
Good knowledge with Infrastructure as Code is required (Terraform, Terragrunt etc.)
Automation mindset is non-negotiable: experience with scripting or programming (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
Familiarity with GCP or another major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Basic understanding of Linux, networking, and distributed systems concepts
Exposure to CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable working with Git, code reviews, and collaborative engineering workflows
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how real-world production platforms are built and operated
Responsibilities and Duties
Build, maintain, and improve data infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform (or similar)
Automate provisioning, configuration, and operations of cloud resources and data platforms
Assist in operating and optimizing data systems (e.g., AlloyDB, Spanner, Big Query, GCS, Dataflow, etc.)
Create and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and data platform deployments
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for data infrastructure reliability and cost visibility
Work closely with platform, data, and application teams to enable self-service and scalable platforms
Write clear documentation and runbooks for systems and automation
Participate in design reviews, incident analysis, and continuous improvement of platform reliability and efficiency.
