Job Purpose: The Head-O&M-Tx is responsibible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organisations Transmissionn Lines and Substation systems supported by digital transformation, PACT,System Study and ENOC teams. This role involves developing and guiding O&M strategies that align with corporate goals,ensuring sustainability, financial performance, and the seamless integration of emerging technologies. By leading teams,fostering innovation and optimising rsource utilisation, the Head-O&M-Tx ensures asset reliability, operational continuity, and compliance with all regulatory requirenments.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Work Experience (Range of years):
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in O&M roles within the energy, utilities, or related industries.
Proven track record of leading large-scale O&M operations and teams, with a focus on asset management, risk mitigation, and financial performance.
Strong expertise in digital transformation, industry best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen), and innovative operational strategies.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, ESG, and sustainability practices.
