Software Engineer

PrismHR is an early-stage company focused on delivering a multi-app platform designed to unify networking, workflow, and productivity. They are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help stabilize existing applications and develop new features using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Build out features using our "vanilla" AI-friendly stack: React, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL
• System Architecture: Help unify multiple applications into one consistent, scalable architecture
• CI/CD Mastery: Set up and refine deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions
• AI Integration: Actively use AI tools for coding, testing, and prototyping as a core part of your daily workflow
• Direct Leadership Access: Work directly with the CTO and CEO to shape the product and technical roadmap

Requirements:
