Talkiatry is building the nation's leading mental health practice, reimagining psychiatry with a patient-first, technology-powered approach. The Director of Product Management will lead the Consumer Products group, focusing on enhancing patient engagement through the Patient Portal and mobile app, while driving product strategy and team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for all consumer-facing products, including our Patient Portal, mobile app, and pre-care journey ("Start to Visit")
- Lead and grow a team of product managers (initially two) and a dedicated data scientist, while collaborating closely with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and clinical partners
- Drive the successful launch and iterative improvement of our Patient Portal, identifying features that create meaningful patient and business outcomes
- Improve conversion through the "Start to Visit" funnel, from initial website visit through to completion of a second appointment
- Leverage experimentation and data (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.) to identify high-ROI opportunities, measure outcomes, and guide decision-making
- Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on the most impactful problems and delivering results in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Champion exceptional consumer experience, bringing a product design sensibility that results in intuitive, delightful, and effective user interfaces
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing consumer-facing products
- Proven success at a company known for excellent consumer design and product execution
- Deep experience running growth experiments, A/B tests, and leveraging analytics to drive decision-making
- Strong product instincts with a track record of delivering measurable impact on key metrics such as conversion, activation, or retention
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, operations, and clinical teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience growing and mentoring high-performing teams
- A bias toward action, impact, and continuous improvement
