K&K Global Talent Solutions Inc is an International recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the USA region since 1993. They are seeking Business Data Analysts to support a strategic platform implementation for the Invesco account, focusing on the integration of State Street Alpha and BlackRock Aladdin platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and integration of State Street Alpha and BlackRock Aladdin platforms within the organization’s data ecosystem
- Analyze, document, and validate business and data requirements across multiple enterprise functions
- Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and integration between upstream platforms and downstream reporting systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Client Reporting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other business units to understand reporting and data consumption needs
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy during system integration and data migration processes
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and reporting misalignments
- Document data flows, business processes, and data definitions to support governance and operational continuity
- Work closely with technology teams, data engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment with implementation timelines and project deliverables
- Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities related to platform implementation and reporting outputs
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within the investment management or asset management industry
- Strong understanding of data integration, data mapping, and data validation processes
- Experience working with enterprise financial platforms or investment management systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear data and technical specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, operations, and reporting teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience with State Street Alpha or BlackRock Aladdin platforms
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, enterprise data architecture, and financial reporting systems
