Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from members and healthcare providers
• Check and explain claim status and claim processing
• Assist with claim adjustments or reprocessing requests
• Answer provider contract and demographic update inquiries
• Provide professional customer support and ensure first-call resolution

Requirements:
