All Points Logistics is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to support the Cloud Services Office. This role involves acting as a liaison between various teams and translating customer needs into actionable requirements for cloud services initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for cloud services and initiatives
- Support cloud consolidation, modernization, and optimization by assessing current-state environments and defining future-state needs
- Develop and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate engagement across stakeholders including cloud engineering, security, FinOps, governance, and program leadership
- Support the cloud finance office with customer communications and collections for cloud-related payments
- Support Architecture Review Boards (ARB), Change Control Boards (CCB), and operational reviews through analysis, documentation, and decision traceability
- Assist in defining service catalogs, intake processes, and standardized workflows for cloud services
- Maintain traceability between requirements, architectural decisions, implementation tasks, and delivered business outcomes
- Support the development of roadmaps, milestones, metrics, and reporting for cloud initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of governance practices, operational processes, and reporting
Requirements:
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience supporting business analysis in IT, cloud, or enterprise technology environments
- Experience performing business analysis in IT, cloud, or enterprise technology environments
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and documentation
- Experience facilitating discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, services, and operating models
- Experience supporting governance, planning, or program management activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Public Trust / NACI background investigation required
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain federal public trust suitability
- Experience supporting cloud service organizations, shared services, or enterprise IT teams
- Familiarity with AWS or other major cloud platforms and delivery models
- Experience with cloud consolidation, migration, or modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, change management, or architecture review processes
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., federal, FISMA)
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall, or SAFe delivery models
- Experience with requirements tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams Planning, etc.)
