Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Business Analyst 3. In this contract position, you will be responsible for supporting the Third Party Vendor Data program by collecting and validating data from vendors across multiple Medicaid and Medicare health plans.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor dashboards daily and take action on related items in a timely manner
- Utilize data from aggregated sources to develop actionable analysis and insights that inform business decisions
- Partner with IT to develop and monitor automated batch jobs (Control-M)
- Create IT tickets for new vendor SFTP setup and other system requests
- Manage inbound and outbound data movement through directories
- Collaborate with Vendor Managers and Business Owners to develop and execute vendor communications
- Communicate effectively with product owners, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure issues and solutions are clearly understood and addressed
- Investigate alerts and work with requesters and job owners to resolve issues promptly
- Work under the guidance of Enterprise Procurement Leads, Vendor Managers, and other stakeholders
- Perform end-user testing to ensure functionalities are intact
- Identify trends and patterns in data, conduct research, and be self-driven in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Recommend and implement ideas for automation and process optimization
- Ensure zero escalations from stakeholders regarding timeliness of response and resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, operational processes, and working with IT teams on data workflows
- Experience in healthcare or managed care environments
- Familiarity with QA testing practices
- Understanding of Agile methodology and working in Agile teams
- SQL proficiency
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation)
