Product Designer - Consumer Facing (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is an online travel booking platform that connects travelers with accommodations and experiences worldwide. The Product Designer will work closely with product stakeholders to deliver design solutions for consumer travel experiences and advocate for user-centric design principles.

Responsibilities:

• You will deliver hands-on design solutions for moderately complex consumer travel search, booking and checkout experiences
• You will actively engage in research and collaborate with our researcher to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements towards achieving desired outcomes in property partner-facing products
• You will acquire deep domain knowledge in OTA (Online Travel Agency) business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with product stakeholders
• You will represent ‘Agoda Design’ by advocating user-centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints
• You will collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap
