About this role
Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a full-time remote project. The role involves leveraging strong expertise in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of IT experience
- You should have strong experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (must-have)
- Proficiency in Docker and containerization best practices
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP; multi-cloud experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and logging frameworks
- Familiarity with FinOps principles for cloud cost optimization
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Good communication skills, team spirit and attitude to learn new technologies
- Contributes to the technical design for development projects by reviewing and understanding the high level functional specifications
