JagCo is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join their team in Nevada, providing industry-leading solutions to global players. The role involves strategic planning with customers, account management, and developing customer satisfaction in mission-critical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Travel required
- Controls and programming experience preferred
- Account management experience
- Real-time assessment of our business position in automotive manufacturing facilities (and their suppliers) in the territory (e.g., SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.)
- Creation of a sound business plan and on-going activity plan
- Execution of all sales processes and strategies
- Development of complete customer satisfaction in all accounts
- Development of positive relationships with customers
- Development of positive relationships with all internal customers
- Formal introduction of all new products to customers with customer-specific value focus
- Accurate territory forecasting
- Reporting all product needs and competitive activity to Product Marketing
- Timely communications to customer via email/phone/text/etc
- Ability to learn technical fastening concepts and apply to real world manufacturing
- Expectation to learn all levels of Atlas Copco products and be able to support and service those product lines
