Net2Source Inc. is an award-winning total workforce solutions company recognized for its accelerated growth. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Facets Benefit Configuration and SQL to join their team in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze benefit grid for ASO renewal and new groups to understand non-standard and custom benefits
- Work with sales intake team for any clarifications on benefits or corrections to benefit grids
- Complete design/ paper build for products
- Unit test benefit build
- Coordinate with testing team for defects
- Validate configuration build and promote to production
- Support post prod incidents or change requests for groups
Requirements:
- Facets benefit configuration experience
- SQL
- Strong Facets configuration background in addition to other core processing systems (Facets Benefit Configuration is a must)
- Experience with querying Facets data via SQL or other backend tool required
- Understand data model and table dependencies
- Understand and have been involved in system upgrades, new releases, change packages
- Strong technical and analytical experience
- Good understanding of business operational practices
- Experience in project lifecycle and deliverable dependencies
- Experienced with root cause analysis of issues
- Strong process and technical improvement skills
- Medical Plan and Application Support SME is preferred with both front and back-end building experience
- Strong communication skills; ability to meet with people at all levels
- Proactive; self-starter
- Independent
- Willing to escalate or involve management to resolve obstacles
- Accountable to delivery dates (extra effort/overtime if necessary)
- Creative in developing solutions to problems
- Collaborative with other business stakeholders
- Accountable to provide updates to our stakeholders
- Additional optional expertise in claims, group, billing, provider demographics, pricing, capitation would be great
