Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will oversee high complexity projects within the ESS organization, managing all aspects of project management processes and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all aspects of planning process including authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines
• Based on project plan, follow department protocols for acquiring team members to complete the work
• Manage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners
• Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements, and subsequent changes, to teams following an integrated change management process
• Ensure to keep the team, customer, and all partners informed of status through coordinating project communications
• Maintain project databases and procedures to ensure efficient handling and transmission of project correspondence and documentation between project team members
• Close project by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools
• Perform final project quality assessment and report out

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager setting
• Bachelor's degree required
• Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline
• Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business
