Unified Women's Healthcare is a nationwide community focused on enhancing women's health services. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of patient-facing digital tools that are essential for patient access and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the provider directory and online scheduling experiences
- Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand patient, provider, and operational needs within women’s healthcare
- Design and optimize patient-facing experiences for provider discovery, availability, and booking, with a focus on access, trust, and equity
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical, operations, and leadership stakeholders
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product requirements, tradeoffs, and priorities
- Ensure data integrity, scheduling accuracy, and system reliability at scale
- Define and own success metrics (e.g., discovery-to-booking conversion, appointment lead time, provider utilization)
- Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Anticipate operational and technical constraints and proactively design scalable solutions
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for access and scheduling, influencing broader platform and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, high-traffic products
- Proven experience leading consumer-facing experiences involving search, discovery, scheduling, or marketplaces
- Strong track record of driving outcomes through cross-functional leadership, not authority
- Excellent product judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on systems with complex data and integrations
- Clear, confident communicator with executive presence
- experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
