SRM Digital LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce ServiceMax Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Field Service Management solutions. The role requires hands-on development expertise, technical leadership, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions supporting critical field service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for ServiceMax implementations, enhancements, and customizations
- Design and develop solutions that effectively leverage ServiceMax capabilities to support business processes and project objectives
- Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC)
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration components for ServiceMax implementations
- Manage API integrations and web services using REST and SOAP
- Implement and optimize Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce and ServiceMax product issues
- Integrate Salesforce/ServiceMax with third-party systems, AppExchange products, and enterprise applications
- Ensure best practices in development, architecture, and performance optimization
- Support solution deployment, testing, and ongoing platform enhancements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Salesforce / Field Service Management platforms
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceMax configuration, architecture, and development
- Strong development experience with Salesforce Classic (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning development (Aura Components & Lightning Web Components – LWC)
- Experience developing API integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- Strong experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers
- Experience integrating Salesforce/ServiceMax with external enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of Field Service business processes
- Experience working with data migration and system integrations
