OTTO Quotes is seeking an Email Growth Marketing Specialist to revive, optimize, and scale their email marketing channel with a focus on lead generation and measurable performance. This role involves taking ownership of an existing email program to drive consistent lead volume and campaign performance, while leading strategy, testing, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize OTTO’s email marketing channel to drive consistent lead generation and measurable growth
- Audit and improve the existing email program, including campaign structure, segmentation, and automation workflows
- Develop and execute high-performing email campaigns designed to increase engagement, conversions, and lead quality
- Lead campaign strategy, testing, and experimentation to continuously improve results
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
- Use performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvements that increase campaign effectiveness
- Ensure best practices across deliverability, list management, segmentation, and compliance
- Work closely with the Email Coordinator to execute campaigns and maintain consistent production
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align email efforts with broader lead generation strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully running high-performing email programs in a lead generation environment
- Experience in revitalizing underperforming or inactive email channels
- Ability to own and optimize email marketing channels to drive consistent lead generation and measurable growth
